Mission police hosting walk to honor crime victims and survivors

The Mission Police Department is hosting a crime victims' rights event.
The event is set for Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at 6 p.m. in the Mission Police Department's parking lot.
There will be a walk to honor victims and survivors. Police said the goal is to spread the word about local victim support services.
"We have a victim liaison in our department, and we want our community to know we are here for them," Mission PD spokesperson Art Flores said. "They will never be forgotten."
