NEAR RAYMONDVILLE – Several eight-liner business owners who were forced to shut down are taking the issue to court.  

Earlier this year, Willacy County officials created a new permit system which creates restrictions based on the distance from schools, homes and other eight-liners.

Eleven businesses applied but only three were approved.
