EDINBURG – Attendance rates at Edinburg Consolidated Independent School District are back to normal.

Last week, the district told CHANNEL 5 NEWS they were experiencing abnormally low attendance following threats on social media.

The district’s superintendent, Rene Gutierrez says attendance not only impacts learning but also budgets for all schools.
