DONNA----Early voting starts Monday for two run off elections. Rick Morales and Simon Sauceda will face each other for the second time in the the mayoral race. There's also a run off race for Council Member Place 3. Arturo Castillo and Guadalupe Bueno will be running for the position. Early voting runs until Friday, December 8th. Election Day is Tuesday, December 12th.
