ELSA - Bradly Chavez is excited to get to work as the new head football coach at Edcouch-Elsa.  The move up is a big one considering the fact that the new skipper is coming from the 3A ranks at Santa Gertrudis to take over the 5A Jackets.  CHANNEL 5's Ruben Juarez reports.
