Homeowner Heading to Court after Valley Contractor Leaves Projects Unfinished
EDINBURG – More victims, more money given and more questions for a home builder from Edinburg.
Now, Claudia Mora says she’s going to take the same route.
“He did some work. He did not finish. Gave him $30,000 and he didn’t finish,” Mora said.
