McAllen High's baseball star, Justin Garza signed his letter of intent to Texas A&M International University. 

In 2025, Garza was named All-District catcher in District 31-5A. 

In 2024, Garza helped his team win Bi-District and Area Championships. 

Garza detailed what it means to him to be playing baseball at the Division 2 level. "I'm super happy, I'm super excited to go to TAMU baseball, it's been a dream since I was very little. I'm super grateful to have a family like this, I'm super grateful for my friends and family, coaches to help to support me and yeah I'm very grateful"
