Mission Sailor Greeted with Emotional Homecoming
MCALLEN- After two years away from home, a Mission sailor was greeted with an emotional homecoming Saturday.
Navy serviceman, David Cantu is stationed in Groton, Connecticut.
He tells CHANNEL 5 NEWS he's happy to be home and not in a submarine.
"We're going to try to squeeze a lot of beach time, a lot of Mexican food, barbecue, a little bit of everything," said Cantu's family.
CHANNEL 5'S Frank McCaffrey was at McAllen International Airport for their joyful reunion.
