MCALLEN - Movers loaded everything Cecilia Torres owned into a truck.

In July the mother was evicted, she and her children found themselves living in a hotel.

Torres said she needed help coming up with the money to pay for her home and the more than $2,000 she owed to the movers to get all of her possessions back.. 

Then she started getting help. 

Torres says, "I'm really really grateful to Rick because he didn't have to and that's what's harder cause he didn't have to."

Rick Garcia was the mover who pick up all her things after the eviction. 

He tells CHANNEL 5 NEWS at first he worked with her to bring down the price she owed to his moving company.

Then he had a change of heart.
