New Policy Allows Willacy Co. 8-Liner Owners to Request Hearing
NEAR RAYMONDVILLE – A new policy will allow owners of 8-liners in Willacy County to request a hearing.
The businesses that applied for a permit and failed the process have the option to ask for the hearing.
The county will appoint a hearing examiner who must respond to any requests made within 14 days.
