On October 11, 2017 in the 107^th District Court in Cameron County, a record breaking verdict was made.

The clients of the Law Offices of Javier Villarreal were involved in a fender bender in 2012.  When Allstate tried to settle out of court with a $7,000 settlement, the offer was declined.

The case went to trial and was ruled in favor of the client.  The jury awarded $350,000 to the client.  This is the highest non-surgical soft tissue injury awarded in Cameron and Hidalgo counties ever.
