SAN BENITO – The victim in a fatal rollover accident in San Benito over the weekend has been identified.

Police say Nancy Benitez was driving near the 2100 block of North Oscar Williams Road when her car rolled over.

The 40-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene.

The passenger of the vehicle was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
