TAMPA, Fla. (AP) - Two of Houston's important playmakers are active for the Texans against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Receiver Will Fuller and running back Carlos Hyde were both listed as questionable on this week's injury report. Fuller has been sidelined by a hamstring injury. Hyde was limited in practice this week with a sore ankle.
