Suspect Facing Multiple Charges in Missing Donna Teen Case
WESLACO – The relative of a 13-year-old Donna teen who went missing a week ago is in custody.
Authorities said the 43-year-old faces enticing a child, harboring a runaway and unlawful restraint of a minor charges in Hidalgo County.
Priscilla Elisabel Martinez was recovered after her uncle led Montgomery County authorities on a three-county chase Tuesday morning.

The Hidalgo County Sheriff’s Office told CHANNEL 5 NEWS the teen was found in the passenger seat of the truck after Nuncio crashed into a DPS trooper.
No injuries were reported.
A regional alert went into effect over the weekend and an Amber Alert was issued Sunday for Martinez. The Amber alert was discontinued Tuesday afternoon.

The 43-year-old is in custody of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office. The suspect is also facing charges in Illinois and in Montgomery County.
Hidalgo County Sheriff Eddie Guerra said arrangements are being made with the family to bring Martinez back home.
