BROWNSVILLE - Johnny "Blaze" Tapia was set to box in the co-main event of Friday's Browntown Beatdown, but his opponent failed to make weight. As CHANNEL 5's Joel Villanueva reports, Tapia has decided to pass on being a part of the fight card.
