UPDATE (7/30): The wife of Dr. Jorge Zamora-Quezada was charged with conspiracy to commit health care fraud.

Her husband is accused of misdiagnosing patients for profit. 

Meisy Angelica Zamora is accused of falsifying records. 

She will appear in court on Wednesday.

BROWNSVILLE – The wife of a doctor accused of misdiagnosing patients for profit was arrested in relation to those charges.

Meisy Angelica Zamora was taken into custody on Thursday and charged with conspiracy to commit health care fraud.

According to the criminal complaint, investigators spoke with multiple employees who say they were called in to work on a weekend at a dilapidated barn used by the office to store medical records.
