A Brownsville couple accused of fraud turned themselves in to police last week.
Jose and Nancy Ledezma are owners of a construction company police say allegedly defrauded several victims.
The Brownsville Police Department said the couple would start construction on a project, but not finish the work. Instead, they'd stopped answering the phones or going to the job site.
Both individuals were wanted on theft charges since last December.
