New Tech to Help Monitor Water Stations across South Texas Counties
FALFURRIAS – New technology in Brooks County is helping to save the lives of those crossing the border illegally.
The director of the South Texas Human Rights Center tells CHANNEL 5 NEWS this is part of a project involving water bins scattered across several counties.
He explains the majority of the new water stations will be placed within the next few weeks.
