PHARR – Two men in the U.S. illegally face up to 20 years behind bars.

They pled guilty Tuesday to conspiracy to rob a man they were selling drugs to. The man was an undercover agent.

The agent set up buying $60,000 worth of drugs from 39-year-old Rogelio Acosta-Moctezuma and 27-year-old Jose Villa-Reyes last week.

The men never planned to hand over the drugs, bringing with them Styrofoam instead.

Authorities arrested the men and found two pistols on them.

The duo admitted they had planned to steal the money the agent was going to use to buy the drugs.

The two are expected to be sentenced in April.
