ALAMO – A third suspect was arrested for a leak of confidential information in the city of Alamo.

Cristobal Godinez is accused and charged with engaging in criminal activity.

Alamo police say two others, Crystal Denise Garza, the Alamo city secretary, and her husband were arrested in the case.

Godinez’s bond was set at $40,000.
