SOUTH PADRE ISLAND – The search is underway for a man missing out of South Padre Island.

William “Bill” Costello was last seen on Wednesday, Aug. 1 at Tiki Condominiums on the 6000 block of Padre Boulevard.

The 71-year-old is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing about 200 pounds with grey hair and grey/blue eyes.
