PORT ARANSAS--Port Aransas was hit hard by now tropical storm Harvey.

A street along the coast looks like a river. At least one home was destroyed. Hurricane force winds topped street signs.

In Ingleside, businesses were flooded.

"There's no words to describe it," said Jose Loredo, whose windows at his apartment complex shattered. "I just hope everybody made it out safe. You know, this can all be replaced."

JG Roberson was in his RV when the storm hit. He says his windows blew out. He thinks that saved his life.

"I wouldn't wanna go through it again, like I told you earlier, it was like riding a bull, underneath it...not on top of it. Kind of rough," Roberson said.

Kristen Pence lives in Aransas Pass. The roof of her apartment was blown off.

"It was surreal, at one point it was really scary because you weren't sure what was going to happen," she said.

There is no cell service or gas. Many roads remain blocked by debris.
