Bond Reduced for Teen Accused of Murder
RIO GRANDE CITY – One of the four teens who were accused of a murder had his bond reduced.
Olivarez was 17 when he went missing; his body was found a month later.
A judge reduced bond to $150,000 for Sebastian Torres.
The 16-year-old will be tried as an adult in September.
