BPUB Customers Asked to Conserve Water amid Hot, Dry Weather

BROWNSVILLE – The Brownsville Public Utilities Board is asking customers to start conserving water.

BPUB spokesman Ryan Greenfield says every May 1 they launch its Stage 1 voluntary water conservation efforts in anticipation of hot, dry summer months.

For now, customers are asked to water their yards in the early morning hours or in the evening.
