Briseno Construction Owner Sentenced to 30 Years in Prison
WESLACO – A judge in Hidalgo County sentenced a local construction company owner to 30 years in prison.
She took responsibility for making deals with homeowners and either delaying the project or leaving it incomplete.
The indictment against Briseno named 47 victims.
The case against Briseno’s daughter, Alejandra Melendez, was dismissed.
