Cameron County Health Department Working to Clean Up Abandoned Lot
CAMERON COUNTY--The Cameron County health department is going into the next phase of the code enforcement policy involving an abandoned lot.
Thomas Pate called 5 on your side in September. He wanted his neighbor's abandoned lot cleaned up.
The Cameron County health department said they sent out a certified letter. That letter went unanswered. The next step, they're going to post the code violations notice on the property.
Their goal is to locate the owner to resolve the issue as soon as they can.
