FALFURRIAS – State fire marshals have determined the starting point of a large fire that consumed a hotel in Falfurrias.

Texas State Fire Investigator Ramon Garcia explains the fire at the Holiday Inn Express started between the third floor and roof.

The blaze happened last Sunday prompting the evacuation of people from the building.
