MISSION – The second of three disaster recovery centers is now open in Mission.

The center serves as a one-stop shop for people to get any help and advice they’ll need to rebuild from the June floods.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency, along with other agencies, will be housed in the building located at 115 S Mayberry Rd.

Hidalgo County officials say they are also helping people residing in colonias. Anyone in Precinct 3 who needs help can call 956-585-4509 for more information.
