HARLINGEN - A massive credit card theft investigation out of Harlingen led to the arrest of two men.

Victor Mejia-Garcia and Oziel Garcia were taken into custody after a phone call from a restaurant employee alerted police to hundreds of cases involving stolen credit card information.

Investigators say one of the men actually worked for the business.
