McAllen ISD Helping Victims of Hurricane Harvey
MCALLEN--McAllen ISD is pitching in to help victims of Hurricane Harvey.
Volunteers made their way to the Corpus Christi area Saturday morning to hand out items to people affected by Harvey. Items included 16 pallets of bottled water, toiletries and canned goods. The items were donated by students, staff and parents in the community and district.
40 students from Lamar Academy along with school staff went up to Corpus.
