Mission Man Arrested in Drug Bust at Anzalduas Port of Entry
More than 100 pounds of alleged liquid methamphetamine were seized during a bust at the Anzalduas Port of Entry.
On August 8, Customs and Border Protection officers sent a Dodge Ram for secondary inspection.
Through the use of a K-9 and imaging system, the drugs were found concealed in the vehicle.
The driver, a 23-year-old U.S. citizen from Mission, was taken into custody and turned over to Homeland Security Investigations agents.
The street value of the drugs is estimated at $2,324,530.
