EDINBURG – One motorist and an Edinburg police officer are being treated for minor injuries after a collision Tuesday morning.

The incident happened off of U.S. 281 and Ramseyer Road before noon, according to Oscar Trevino, a spokesperson with the Edinburg Police Department.

The investigation into the cause of the crash is still ongoing.
