PORT ISABEL – Some Rio Grande Valley fishing guides say the floods are affecting their bottom line.

Fishing guides at the Laguna Madre say it’s full of fresh water and fish aren't liking it.

We spoke with some tourists who visited Laguna Madre to go fishing. They say they’ve noticed a difference in the water.
