WESLACO - It's a special time for Valley Special Olympians each year when the athletes gather for the Area meet.  Weslaco's Bobby Lackey Stadium played host.  Some old friendships were renewed as local competitors gave maximum effort in a wide array of events.  CHANNEL 5's Joel Villanueva has highlights.
