NORMAL, Ala. (AP) - Eden Ewing scored 18 points and Tyrik Armstrong scored the game's final seven points as Texas Southern defeated Alabama A&M 82-73. Texas Southern had trouble putting away Alabama A&M and led only 75-73 with 1:28 to go before Armstrong hit a 3-pointer and four consecutive free throws to finish the game. Armstrong scored 15 points,  Justin Hopkins added 17 and John Jones had 14 points for Texas Southern, which has won six in a row. Evan Wiley scored a career-high 22 points and had nine rebounds for the Bulldogs, who have lost five straight.
