WESLACO – Did you notice an extra warning light while driving your vehicle Tuesday? It may be linked to the cold snap the Rio Grande Valley is experiencing.

When temperatures drop, so does the tire pressure of vehicles.

An auto shop manager, David Muniz, added people need to also check on the coolant and car battery.

Checking those three things is crucial before a cold front hits.
