SOUTH PADRE ISLAND – A woman wanted in two states for murder and arrested on South Padre Island has been turned over to Florida officials, according to the Cameron County District Attorney’s Office.

Lois Ann Riess is a person of interest in her husband’s death in Minnesota and a woman’s death in Florida

She was taken into custody last week at Sea Ranch Restaurant and Bar by U.S. Marshals.
