HIDALGO COUNTY--A great grandmother is now charged with murder.
     The Hidalgo County Sheriff's Office said 68-year-old Elizabeth Guerrero ran over 20-year-old Gilbert Gaytan with her car Thursday near La Homa road and Mile 9 north of Mission. She allegedly left the scene with the victim's ex-common law wife and their two-year-old daughter. The homicide led to a child abduction alert. Guerrero later turned herself in. The two-year-old was located safely and was given to child protective services.
     Guerrero was arraigned Saturday. She was given a $1 million bond.
