MISSION - The woman accused of hitting and killing a motorcyclist with her vehicle over the summer was indicted by a grand jury.

Cynthia Arias Heredia, 38, was charged with intoxication manslaughter early October. 

Investigators said Heredia was behind the wheel when she fatally hit 42-year-old motorcyclist Milton Solano in Mission.

Heredia is due back in court on Jan. 5. Her trial date may be set then.
