Autopsy on Body Found Near Santa Monica Pending
UPDATE (8/21): Authorities are not releasing new information on a body found in Willacy County.
Cameron County Justice of the Peace Judge Benny Ochoa II says they still have yet to figure out where the crime happened. Then, the police in that jurisdiction will take the lead on the investigation.
Authorities say the autopsy report is pending.

SANTA MONICA – One person is in custody following the discovery of a body near a small cemetery Friday evening.
The FBI is now in charge of the investigation.
An autopsy has been ordered.
More arrests are expected in the case.
