Case Against Hidalgo Co. Judge Granted More Time

EDINBURG – A motion granting more time in a federal case against a Hidalgo County district judge has been approved.

Rodolfo Delgado pleaded not guilty to numerous counts of bribery.

He was also indicted on three counts of violation of the Travel Act.

Jury selection and trial dates were postponed to September.
