PSJA Southwest volleyball star April Purselley signs with Texas A&M International

PSJA Southwest's April Purselley signed with Texas A&M International volleyball on Tuesday night.
Purselley missed her senior season due to an injury but was an honorable mention Academic All-State selection by the Texas High School Coaches Association.
She's also the first Division II signing in the history of PSJA Southwest High School.
"This is something very new, very big for me," Purselley said. "Something that I never expected because I don't come from a lot. So, having this opportunity really does change my life and my family's because it's really new. I'm willing to give it my all."
