At a press conference on Thursday, Pharr police Chief Andy Harvey Jr. said David Sandoval, 60, was arrested for the murder of his brother Ruben Sandoval, 65, as well as tampering with evidence and evading arrest. Sandoval's roommate, Roel Pacina, 54, was arrested for tampering with evidence and failure to report a felony.

Officials said surveillance video from Memorial Park, located at 501 W. Egly Ave., captured one of the suspects driving and parking the victim's pickup truck at 12:28 p.m. on Tuesday.
