UPDATE (8/7): The FEMA assessments at the Mercedes ISD revealed minimal damage to most of the 25 buildings. Only two are looking at major repairs.

John F. Kennedy was assessed last week. The building sustained little damage.

Travis Elementary and Taylor Elementary were the schools with the most damage.
