ROUND ROCK - The UIL Executive Committee upheld a 31-6A district ruling that the Vela boy's basketball team would have to forfeit 11 district games over the use of an ineligible player.  Vela had been unbeaten in district play, and the losses open the door for a new set of four teams to make the post-season when it begins next week.  CHANNEL 5 Sports Director Joel Villanueva has the details.
