Former Police, Veteran Charged for Shooting Repo Man
DONNA - The shooter in the incident that involved a repossession man has been charged.
Guadalupe Castillo III has been charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Castillo was a former war vet and a former Pharr police lieutenant for over 20 years.
Investigators say Castillo fired his gun after a repossession man showed up on his property.
Family members say the gunfire were “warning shots”.
