Former Valley Border Patrol Chief to Lead New DHS Emergency Center
WESLACO – The former Rio Grande Valley sector Border Patrol chief is now in charge of a new Department of Homeland Security emergency operation center.
Former Chief Manuel Padilla will be leading the center that will be set up due to the ongoing migrant crisis.
