Valley businesses continue to struggle amid the coronavirus pandemic, including one industry facing a major setback. 

In the past two weeks, Valley funeral homes have seen a significant increase in business due to the latest COVID-19 surge, pushing some to capacity. 

But keeping up with the increasing demand requires something many homes say they don't have enough of— workers. 

Officials at funeral homes across the Valley say they're facing a hiring crisis.
