HARLINGEN – Harlingen police seek the public’s help to identify a theft suspect.

The incident happened last Tuesday around 3 a.m. at a business on the 1110 block of South Commerce Street.

Investigators say surveillance cameras caught the man stealing a store sign from the building.

Police say the suspect was seen leaving on a bicycle.
