SAN BENITO – San Benito residents say possums, bees and even snakes are plaguing their neighborhood.

Neighbors blame it on a dilapidated house that’s been abandoned for the past three years. They claim the city isn’t helping solve the problem either.

“This house should be condemned and knock it down. That’s what all the neighbors here want,” says resident Ana Armadillo.

KRGV’s Daisy Martinez took the residents’ concerns to the San Benito city manager.
